Main functional responsibilities:

• Develop the production of private label;
• Strengthen the brand’s position in the market;
• Expansion of the product line of private label;
• Search for outsource partners on the basis of which the production of products under private label will be carried out;
• Analysis of commercial offers from manufacturers (analysis of prices, plans, margins, etc.);
• Analysis of the qualitative characteristics of competing products in order to build a more balanced portfolio of the company’s private label products;
• Management of production operations;
• Work with technologists and commercial departments of the company on the production of private label products;
• Ensuring compliance with high product quality standards, compliance with regulatory requirements and standards;
• Implementation of a quality control system;
• Project management to improve production efficiency, including automation and optimization of work processes.

Requirements for applicants:

• Higher education;
• English – intermediate and higher;
• Experience in a similar position in the food sector for at least 2 years;
• Experience in working with production, with private labels, with the development of food packaging;
• Experience in production in terms of quality management;
• Knowledge of regulatory documentation of quality standards of Ukrainian and international standards;
• Experience in conducting production audits;
• Availability of a driver’s license category “B”;
• Willingness to business trips;
• Analytical mind, multitasking, stress resistance, teamwork, result-oriented.
