A foreign, international company, a leading manufacturer and supplier of building materials and systems, announces a competition for the position of Plant Director, Lviv.

Main functional responsibilities:
- Start-up of the plant (equipment commissioning);
- Creating and recruiting a team;
- Planning daily work of the plant;
- Fulfillment of production plans;
- Supervision of factory workers at the production site;
- Maintaining high production standards;
- Implementation of production strategies in accordance with requirements;
- Monitoring plant operations;
- Taking corrective measures as needed;
- Resolving any issues related to the plant;
- Distributing tasks between plant workers;
- Establishing and ensuring compliance with quality control standards;
- Implementing operational procedures for machine maintenance;
- Making suggestions for improving strategies;
- Preparing production schedules and reports;
- Submitting reports to senior management;
- Assisting the HR department in recruiting and motivating employees;
- Quality control of finished products;
- Responsibility for compliance with government agency and inspection requirements.
Main requirements:
- Higher technical education;
- Work experience of at least 6 years in the areas of production of building mixtures, concrete, paints and varnishes;
- Confirmed experience as a plant manager with conveyor and automated production;
- Experience working in foreign companies;
- B2/C English level;
- Professional certification in production management and quality control will be an advantage;
- Deep knowledge and understanding of safety rules and policies;
- Knowledge of industry plant equipment and mechanisms;
- Ability to multitask;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Good analytical and leadership skills;
- Ability to solve complex problems;
- Exceptional ability to meet deadlines;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Good decision-making skills and logical thinking.
