Main functional responsibilities:

• Work schedule: Mon-Fri in the office from 09-18:00, fully available by phone the rest of the time;
• Organisation of the owner’s working day;
• Hotel reservations around the world;
• Purchase of tickets for all modes of transport;
• Running personal errands and dealing with household issues of the owner and his/her family.

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher education;
• Professional user (MS Office);
• English – fluent;
• Spanish – fluent;
• Ukrainian (or Russian) – required;
• Decency, energy, communication skills;
• Highly organised and the ability to see things through to the end;
• Stress tolerance, independence;
• A proactive attitude towards work, high switching ability;
• Availability for irregular working hours.
