An ambitious growing food retail chain announces a competition for the position of Marketing Director, Kharkov.

Main responsibilities:

• Development of a marketing plan for the year/month/week taking into account the chain development plans in the territory of: Kharkov, Donetsk regions (controlled territories);
• Participation in the development of the concept of stores in terms of navigation and communication with customers;
• Participation in the development of new formats of the company’s stores and in updating existing ones;
• Development of a brand book, POS materials, advertising concept and marketing strategy;
• Selection and management of the marketing team, personnel training;
• Digital project management (website, social networks, targeting, online sales);
• Developing and managing a loyalty program for guests;
• Developing, approving and monitoring marketing and advertising budgets;
• Market research to identify new opportunities for the company’s products or services, monitoring competitors, studying global and regional trends in food retail;
• Searching for and assessing market potential in regions where the company is not yet represented;
• Organizing and participating in the preparation of events, activities and advertising campaigns;
• Direct participation in the calculations and planning of opening new retail outlets, together with the development department;
• Developing advertising content and creating texts for SMM, with an emphasis on the key competitive advantages of the network: assortment, prices and quality of service;
• Comparative analysis of the effectiveness of communication channels;
• Analysis of existing trends in customer loyalty management, using a personalized approach to loyalty promotions and providing discounts;
• Development of special promotional events for various customer segments in order to increase the value of the company’s loyalty program.

Basic requirements:

• Higher education;
• General experience in marketing from 5 years;
• Experience in network retail, B2C sphere – will be an advantage;
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills;
• Management experience;
• Place of residence Central or Eastern Ukraine – desirable;
• Willingness to travel to Eastern Ukraine (controlled territories);
• Examples of successful marketing campaigns/cases.
