A leading European company – manufacturer of equipment, solutions, and services for the dairy farming industry – is announcing a competition for the position of Market Solution Manager, Kyiv.

Functional responsibilities:
- Managing the company’s product portfolio in the after-sales service market within the assigned sales territory;
- Preparing and implementing launch packages for new products;
- Monitoring market trends and the competitive environment;
- Conducting market analysis and organizing marketing activities;
- Developing and delivering trainings, preparing training materials (including Start Up and DelPro);
- Creating content for marketing materials and campaigns within the relevant product category;
- Ensuring product quality control and customer satisfaction.
Candidate requirements:
- Higher education in animal science — veterinary medicine or equivalent;
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing and/or sales (preferably in the agricultural sector);
- Strong time management, prioritization, and communication skills;
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to take responsibility for results;
- Proficiency in English (from level B1);
- Willingness to travel on business trips;
- Confident PC skills;
- Category B driver’s license (minimum 2 years of driving experience).
