An international holding company is looking for a competent and energetic Investment Director with deep knowledge in the field of corporate solutions and attracting investments for technological investment projects.

Main functional responsibilities:

• Participation in strategic development plans of the holding;
• Search for various types of partners (including strategic partners and investors);
• Development of new business opportunities by exploring new markets that could benefit from the company’s products (USA, UAE, China, Europe and other countries);
• Development and management of relationships with institutional key partners of the company;
• Setting annual and quarterly goals and monitoring their implementation;
• Constant work with clients to understand their business needs and goals, as well as to convey to partners the benefits of the company’s product;
• Participate in various types of specialized conferences, exhibitions, seminars with positioning of the holding and its products;
• Implementation of KPI’s established by the company;
• Reporting to the founder of the company.

Skills and qualifications:

• Higher education;
• MBA \ other business education is an advantage for the applicant;
• Advanced level of English;
• Experience as an Investment Director, Investment Manager or in a similar senior-level position;
• Relevant experience in preparing and placing investments (personal experience in attracting large rounds of investment: round A, as a guideline);
• Relevant experience in conducting Due Diligence;
• Availability of investor networking;
• Successful experience in implementing complex strategies, including in international markets;
• The ability to close a deal and build a system with high mutually beneficial potential between all participants;
• Proven ability to take responsibility and initiative, work independently and get things done;
• Leadership qualities;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to convey product ideas to clients and investors;
• Time management and multitasking skills to simultaneously work with several tasks and clients;
• Readiness for business trips.
