An international manufacturing company looking for a strong professional for the position of Internal Auditor, Kishinev (Moldova).

Main functional responsibilities:

• Oversee the operations of the accounting and financial departments;
• Review all internal processes, systems and policies;
• Conduct risk assessment of all departments;
• Creation and maintaining a series of internal controls of a number of internal controls and procedures for the accounting department;
• Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures;
• Implementation of a system of controls over accounting transactions to minimize risk;
• Advising FD and Management Board on internal control and risk issues;
• Assistance in facilitating internal and external audits;
• Assistance in investigating cases of fraud;
• Support for SAP implementation.

Requirements for applicants:

• Higher education (finance / economics / audit);
• 4-5 years of experience in accounting, finance, auditing or business management in manufacturing business or auditing companies BIG-10;
• Knowledge of internal controls, experience with internal policies, procedures, process assessment and documentation;
• Thorough knowledge of IFRS / Swiss GAAP FER;
• English – Intermediate (willingness to be interviewed in this language);
• Knowledge of SAP, experience of its implementation in production;
• Willingness to move / work in Moldova (70-80% of working time);
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Focus on details and the ability to interpret numbers and other financial information;
• Ability to solve problems and make changes.
