Functional duties:

• Implementation and control of the procurement procedure of indirect materials and services at factories;
• Timely creation of purchase orders;
• Cost analysis of all operational purchases for three plants;
• Initiation and implementation of savings projects;
• Optimization of operational purchases thanks to the unification and unification of volumes and assortment of two plants;
• Minimization of the number of suppliers and one-time contracts due to the optimization of the tender process and framework agreements;
• Optimization of stocks of spare materials in production warehouses;
• Increasing payment terms to suppliers;
• Focusing on improving cooperation with internal customers.

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher education (preferably engineering or economics);
• Experience in the field of procurement for at least 2 years;
• Knowledge of Incoterms delivery terms (foreign economic contracts);
• Knowledge of the English language at a level no lower than Intermediate.
• Willingness to work in the office in Kyiv.

Personal and professional qualities:

• Communicability, multitasking;
• Excellent command of software and procurement systems.
