The Ukrainian group of companies, which is an importer and distributor of products for the HoReCa segment, is opening a vacancy for an Import Manager, Kyiv.

Main functional duties:
- Organization of interaction with related departments of the corporation (commercial department, quality department, customs clearance department, warehouse, etc.);
- Control over the fulfillment of the terms of the contract by manufacturers;
- Searching for new suppliers, conducting negotiations, concluding contracts with suppliers, coordinating and forming orders and improving working conditions;
- Work with external suppliers and partners: forwarding companies, customs brokers and port services of Ukraine;
- Documentary support of deliveries;
- Control of timely payment to suppliers and other counterparties;
- Participation in selection of assortment and mechanics for regular and special promotions;
- Reporting to senior management.
Requirements:
- Work experience in the field of import from 6 months / student of a specialized institution or faculty;
- English – conversational;
- Experience of successful negotiations and conclusion of contracts with direct foreign suppliers and manufacturing companies;
- Confident PC user (Word, Excel);
- Willingness to work in the office in Kyiv;
- Communicability, ability to set priorities correctly, attention to details.
