Key responsibilities:
- Managing the HR department at a manufacturing enterprise (organization, coordination, control);
- Ensuring compliance with Ukrainian labor legislation in personnel recordkeeping;
- Overseeing military registration for employees (document checks, reporting to the Territorial Centers of Recruitment and Social Support – TCRSS);
- Participating in the development and implementation of the company’s HR strategy;
- Cooperating with department heads on recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation;
- Monitoring compliance with labor discipline, internal policies, and procedures;
- Interacting with government authorities (State Labor Service, Pension Fund, Tax Office, TCRSS);
- Recruitment activities;
- Reporting directly to the company’s Director.
Candidate requirements:
- Higher education (HR management, law, economics, sociology, or related fields);
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR administration at a manufacturing company, including at least 1 year in a managerial role;
- Practical knowledge of military registration (experience or relevant training is an advantage);
- Experience processing employment with consideration of hazardous work conditions is a plus;
- Strong knowledge of Ukrainian labor legislation and regulatory acts;
- Proven experience implementing HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, training, employee development);
- Confident PC user, experience with 1C, HR management systems, and Excel;
- High level of responsibility, systematic thinking, and confidentiality.
