Basic functional responsibilities:
- Optimization and control of the full cycle of HR processes;
- Selection of personnel of all levels: organization of interviews, participation in making decisions on hiring;
- Development of the adaptation program;
- Personnel record keeping;
- Development and management of corporate culture;
- Management of relations with employees: creation and support of a positive working climate, resolving conflicts, managing the productivity of employees;
- Development and implementation of the motivation program;
- CEO reporting;
- Full involvement in forming business goals, and HR support for their achievement.
Candidate Requirements:
- Higher education in the field of personnel management, psychology, or related disciplines;
- Knowledge of English will be an advantage for the candidate;
- Experience in the field of personnel management for 3 years;
- Excellent personnel management skills;
- Excellent communication and interaction skills;
- The ability to work independently and in a team;
- Experience in working with systems of adaptation, training, and motivation of staff will be an advantage;
- Accommodation in Kyiv, or willingness to return to the home country after the full-scale war.
