Main responsibilities:
- Full-fledged work on the entire cycle of work with personnel;
- Full involvement in the formation of business goals, HR support for their achievement;
- Selection and hiring of personnel at all levels: organization of interviews, participation in making decisions on hiring;
- Personnel training and development: development and implementation of personnel training and development programs, evaluation of training effectiveness. Introduction of distance learning and knowledge assessment systems;
- Employee Relations Management: creating and maintaining a positive working climate, conflict resolution, employee performance management;
- Organization of team building events. Support and development of corporate culture, team spirit of the team.
Requirements for a candidate:
- Higher education in the field of personnel management, psychology or related disciplines;
- At least 3 years of work experience in the field of personnel management;
- Excellent skills in personnel management, training and development;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and in a team;
- Experience with recruiting systems will be an advantage;
- Experience with systems of adaptation and training of personnel will be an advantage.
