Main functional responsibilities:
- Audit of the HR functions of the company;
- Development of HR strategy;
- Recruitment;
- Staff adaptation;
- Payroll management;
- Evaluation of the results and performance of employees;
- Responsibility for the curriculum of the company’s employees;
- Development of talents, formation of a personnel reserve;
- Development and launch of compensation and benefits policy;
- Organizational development: distribution of functions and roles of personnel; optimization of the organizational structure;

Requirements for candidates:
- Higher education (additional education in the field of personnel management will be an advantage);
- Successful work experience in a similar position for at least 3 years;
- Ukrainian language – native;
- Knowledge of modern methods of work with personnel;
- Interview skills, job profile development;
- Positive experience in the development and implementation of the KPI system;
- Good knowledge of the Labor Laws of Ukraine;
- Deep understanding of business processes;
- Willingness to live and work in Western Ukraine in the long term;
- Readiness for business trips in Ukraine and abroad;
- Good management skills and the ability to be a model and mentor of the team;
- Analytical mindset, leadership qualities, creativity, resistance to stress, flexibility, readiness for large volumes of work and readiness to work for results.
