Main functional duties:

• Control of the performance of food cost indicators;
• Сontrol of technological processes at network enterprises;
• Selection of incoming raw materials and finished products, cooperation with the purchasing department;
• Development of new ingredients to optimize costs and create substitute products.
• Keeping technological cards for semi-finished products;
• Organization and conduct of training for cooks;
• Development of new dishes or semi-finished products and their presentation to the business;
• Introduction of new dishes to the menu;
• Provision of recommendations on the purchase of equipment and planning of kitchen areas at new facilities.

Requirements:

• Higher specialized education in the field of food technologies;
• Work experience in a similar position from 2 years (in system retail or branded chain restaurants);
• Attention to details, analytical thinking, ability to solve non-standard situations.
• Presence of successful known projects;
• Readiness for business trips up to 30% of working time;
• Availability of a private car and willingness to use it for production purposes.
