Functional responsibilities:

• Launch of a brokerage product with access to global markets (securities, ETFs);
• Creation of a line of business consulting services for entrepreneurs and small businesses;
• Launch of new products in Europe.
• Strategic management of four subordinate areas;
• Development, evaluation and launch of new financial and investment products;
• Construction of unit economics, budgeting, P&L of new areas;
• Achieving financial goals – responsibility for revenue growth, margin, profitability and investment efficiency.
• Managing the product life cycle of startups: idea validation, MVP, scaling;
• Building financial models, pricing, breakeven;
• Attracting customers through distribution, partnerships, direct sales (by own teams);
• Forming monetization channels and optimizing costs;
• Coordination of development, marketing, legal support and sales teams;
• Monitoring the financial technology market and competitive environment;
• Ensuring effective operational activities of startup areas.

Candidate requirements:

• Higher education (economics/finance/banking/accounting and auditing);
• Experience in FinTech, banking, payment systems, investment companies, startups (from 5 years);
• Real experience in launching new products/projects “from scratch”;
• Understanding of financial models, unit economics, P&L management;
• Knowledge of English at the Upper Intermediate level;
• Experience working with investors, raising financing will be an advantage;
• Knowledge of Ukrainian legislation in the field of currency regulation, including the NBU rules on currency exchange transactions.
• Knowledge of the principles of integrating IT solutions into financial products;
• Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking;
• Multitasking, stress resistance, attentiveness, creativity.
