An international product FinTech company, one of the largest financial services operators in the Ukrainian market, announces a competition for the vacant position of Head of the Startups, Kyiv.

Key responsibilities:

• Full startup lifecycle: from idea to a profitable model (MVP → POC → Go-to-Market → scaling);
• Building and managing dedicated teams for each business direction;
• Developing business models, financial plans, unit economics; managing budgets and P&L;
• Conducting market testing, shaping value propositions, and defining product positioning;
• Developing and executing Go-to-Market strategies: traffic channels, marketing, and partnerships;
• Validating ideas (Proof of Concept) and preparing startups for scaling;
• Ensuring fast and effective decision-making and accountability for final business outcomes.

Candidate requirements:

• Higher education (Economics / Finance / Banking / Accounting and Auditing);
• Proven experience in launching new products or projects from scratch — from idea to market;
• Strong operational skills: ability to organize processes, set priorities, manage timelines and resources;
• Experience working in high-paced, dynamic business environments, preferably in FinTech, e-commerce, gambling, or digital marketing sectors;
• Entrepreneurial mindset, proactivity, and strong result orientation;
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and make quick, informed decisions;
• Solid understanding of unit economics, financial modeling, and marketing fundamentals;
• English proficiency — Upper-Intermediate level or higher;
• Multitasking, stress resilience, attentiveness, and creativity.
