Functional responsibilities:

• Management of three business areas (Currency Exchange, Domestic Money Transfers, Operations with Bank Gold);
• Formation and implementation of a financial plan (income, expenses, profitability of each area);
• Margin control, reporting, deviation analysis.
• Launching new products and services;
• Building interaction with external partners (banks, jewelry companies, logistics providers, exchange networks);
• Negotiating, concluding agreements;
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (currency regulation, AML/KYC, precious metals accounting, internal audit);
• Optimization and automation of work processes;
• Team management (setting tasks, distributing responsibilities, developing subordinates, forming a team culture of results).

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher education (economics/finance/banking/accounting and audit);
• Additional education in the field of precious metals, currency control, risk management will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of English at the Upper Intermediate level;
• Experience working in banks as Deputy Chairman of the Bank’s Board for Retail Business will be an advantage;
• Knowledge of the legislation of Ukraine in the field of currency regulation, including the rules of the NBU on currency exchange operations.
• Knowledge of the requirements for trading in bank metals, the procedure for their accounting, transportation and storage;
• Knowledge of the mechanisms for organizing currency exchange points: accounting, cash discipline, exchange rate formation, analytics;
• Multitasking, stress resistance, attentiveness, creativity.
