Main responsibilities:

• Management of the steel melting shop in accordance with production targets, price and quality indicators;
• Managing a team to achieve daily, weekly, monthly and annual goals;
• Cooperation with a team of engineers to ensure correct operation of equipment and prevent stoppages;
• Initiating technological, organizational and operational improvements;
• Report to the Production Director.

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher education (priority in metallurgy);
• Additional business education is welcome and is an indisputable advantage of the candidate;
• English – upper intermediate: communication on an ongoing basis with foreign subsidiaries and a European business consultant;
• Experience in managing a metallurgical enterprise or division from 10 years;
• Experience in stainless steel production is desirable;
• Experience with electric arc furnaces from 5 years;
• Experience in managing a team of 50 people or more.

Personal qualities:

• Self-organization;
• Result orientation;
• Ability to work in a team.
