European B2B trading company (non-food) is looking for a Head of Sales of Packaging Materials, Kyiv.

Main functional responsibilities:
- Comprehensive study and analysis of the Ukrainian sales market and its development prospects;
- Active work with foreign manufacturing companies: negotiating, placing and monitoring the execution of orders by suppliers, concluding annual contracts and obtaining the best commercial terms, discounts, etc;
- Organising and participating in exhibitions, seminars, as well as training, exchange of experience with manufacturers;
- Development of short-, medium- and long-term strategies for the division;
- Management of a team of 3 sales managers;
- Implementation of the annual financial sales plan;
- Checking and confirming the specification for the supply of packaging materials;
- Approval of reports and their timely submission to the accounting department for further write-off of packaging materials;
- Work with accounts receivable;
- Participation in the review of customer complaints received by the company;
- Carrying out monthly analysis of sales and performance of the department;
- Coordination of the activities of the packaging materials warehouse;
- Reporting to the CEO of the company.
Main requirements for applicants:
- Higher education (priority: food industry, meat processing, packaging);
- Experience in sales of packaging materials / production equipment, or B2B (non-food);
- Management experience is desirable;
- English language – intermediate / upper intermediate level;
- Confident user of PC, MS Office, 1C;
- Leadership qualities, work for results, courage to take responsibility, dedication;
- Readiness for business trips;
- Readiness to work in the office.
