Association of Regional Networks has a vacancy for Head of Purchasing Department, Kyiv.

Main functional responsibilities:

• Creation of a single centre of expertise for regional networks;
• Collecting information and analysing information on categories (market, channels, participants) sales, pricing, promo, logistics, marketing;
• Analysing the current situation in the category and preparing scenarios that will help participants to develop the category;
• Defining targets for category negotiations and agreeing them with the participants;
• Conducting negotiations, adjusting scenarios and targets if necessary;
• Supporting the category/supplier (which is already a client of the association).  Supporting the category/supplier (which is already a client of the association);
• Managing the member’s assortment (introducing new suppliers to the category, listings of existing suppliers);
• Pricing management (price changes from suppliers);
• Management of the promotional calendar, its filling and intensity;
• Management of marketing services (instore advertising, additional display locations).

Requirements for applicants:

• Higher education;
• Experience in sales and purchasing from 3 years: we consider candidates from the positions of Lead Buyer, Head of Purchasing, Lead Category Manager, National Key Account Manager, National Sales Manager, Commercial Director of the company;
• Knowledge of the retail market in Ukraine;
• Leadership skills and responsibility for achieving results;
• Developed communication skills;
• Successful experience in negotiations;
• Mathematical mindset, high analytical skills;
• Actual residence in Kiev and willingness to work in the office of the company.
