Key responsibilities:
- Formation of an effective procurement and foreign economic activity (FEA) department: building the structure, developing, and agreeing on cross-functional connections;
- Control over preparation and conclusion of contracts with manufacturers and logistics service providers;
- Ensuring favorable delivery and payment terms, conducting tenders to select optimal logistics service providers;
- Organization of customs clearance processes (import, export), interaction with brokerage companies and customs authorities;
- Management of the company’s full range of product procurement;
- Participation in pricing alongside commercial department heads;
- Participation in exhibitions to attract new suppliers;
- Optimization of procurement policies considering sales forecasts, seasonality, and other factors;
- Analysis of product group statistics and adjustment of procurement policies based on results;
- Negotiation of changes in cooperation terms with suppliers and decision-making regarding further purchases;
- Monitoring key warehouse and logistics indicators;
- Team management: development of KPIs, monitoring the department’s performance.
Candidate requirements:
- Higher education (Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field);
- At least 2 years of experience in a procurement/FEA management position;
- Additional education/certifications in FEA, supply chain, or procurement;
- Advanced PC user (1C, Microsoft Office);
- English proficiency sufficient for oral and written negotiations with suppliers (level B2 or higher, tested by the agency).
Professional and personal qualities:
- Knowledge of customs, tax legislation, and FEA;
- Experience in automating business processes;
- Highly developed negotiation skills;
- Proactivity and strong leadership qualities;
- Result-oriented approach.
