A leading chain of convenience store formats, looking for a new team member for the position of Head of Own Production, Kyiv.

Main responsibilities:

• Ensuring planned indicators of efficiency and competitiveness of the products of the joint venture of three factories (cooking, bakery, production of semi-finished products);
• Analysis of the effectiveness of the joint venture’s product range;
• Organizing the selection of new products for the joint venture together with the chief technologist;
• Establishing retail prices for the joint venture’s products;
• Competitive analysis of joint venture products in terms of taste, appearance, organoleptics, recipe, composition;
• Organization of search and selection of suppliers of raw materials;
• Joint organization with the advertising and marketing department in promoting the products of the joint venture;
• Organization of merchandising of the joint venture’s products (selection of retail equipment, zoning in the sales area, drawing up planograms, etc.);
• Reporting.

Requirements for a candidate:

• Higher education;
• General work experience of 10 years;
• Experience in the position of Director of a joint venture for at least 2 years;
• Experience in network retail, experience in the B2C sector will be an advantage;
• Experience in the development of the direction;
• Willingness to travel to western and eastern (controlled territories) Ukraine;
• Availability of your own car and willingness to use it for production purposes.
