The company offers:

Main functional responsibilities:
- Coordination and implementation of the marketing strategy;
- Budgeting;
- Analysis of the company’s target audience, products, sales markets and competitors;
- Analytics of results, sales forecasting;
- Organization of various promotional events and their analysis;
- Optimization of marketing business processes;
- Development and production of POS materials, souvenirs, etc.;
- Preparation of short-term and long-term forecasts; identification of possible niches for development;
- Analysis of potential needs and behavior of customers;
- Brand management: ensuring brand awareness in the B2B segment; increasing brand loyalty;
- Planning and organization of work with the company’s website; interaction with SEO and DEV teams;
- Development and implementation of SMM strategy;
- E-mail marketing;
- Content management, copywriting;
- Creation and development of visual concepts, creatives;
- Reporting to the general and technical director of the company (they are also business owners).
Requirements for specialists:
- Higher education (priority: engineering + specialized in marketing);
- Additional business education, trainings, courses are welcome;
- More than 3 years of experience as a marketing manager, head of marketing department in a B2B company;
- English – upper intermediate;
- Practical experience and participation in the full cycle of marketing activities in a B2B company (experience in industrial marketing);
- Experience in successful negotiations;
- Experience in project management;
- Experience in presentations at various levels;
- Clear understanding of operational processes (sales and customer service);
- Experience as a leader of a marketing group with an emphasis on managing efficiency, motivation and development in work;
- Knowledge of trade and manufacturing companies represented on the Ukrainian market;
- Experienced PC user, experience in accounting programs (PC, MS Office, 1C, CRM);
- Knowledge of web analytics and promotion tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Trends, Keyword Planner, Mailchimp, Facebook Ads, Insights, Business Manager;
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
