Main functional responsibilities:
- Consolidation of databases and systems and analysis of their effectiveness;
- Analysis of existing processes and customer loyalty systems;
- Proposals for changes in the business processes of customer loyalty management;
- Formation of TOR and organization of technical decision selection;
- Implementation of the customer loyalty system and its integration;
- Definition of criteria and implementation of customer segmentation;
- Creation of a system for forming individual offers;
- Ensuring the growth of purchase frequency, average check and NPS.
Requirements:
- Work experience in a similar position from 3 years;
- Ability to analyze large volumes of data;
- Ability to identify dependencies, patterns and trends;
- Knowledge of SQL and analytical tools at a high level;
- Experience in implementing or modernizing loyalty systems;
- The ability to describe business processes will be an advantage;
- Successful examples of solving problems in the operation of loyalty systems.
