Functional responsibilities:
- Definition of a strategy for local marketing activities in the market, participation in the growth of revenue in the market, analysis and compliance with pricing policy to achieve growth in revenue and profit, search for new customers and maintaining regular customers;
- Direct communication with RCM and coordination of the marketing department regarding performance marketing and global brand strategy;
- Active search for new growth opportunities, search for customers and new marketing and sales channels;
- Preparation and control of implementation of local marketing activities;
- Participation in the continuous improvement of service to local customers;
- Team management;
- Monitoring and control of expenses and budgets;
- Ensuring effective team collaboration and optimal allocation of resources to increase revenues.
Requirements:
- Experience in e-commerce, Marketing, Business development or other relevant areas from 5 years;
- Fluent Ukrainian and knowledge of English at the Upper-intermediate level;
- Deep understanding of the local market and consumers;
- Management experience, leadership qualities, ability to motivate a team;
- Excellent organizational and negotiation skills;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work;
- Result orientated.
