- Management of the production team.
Qualification requirements:
- Higher technical education;
- Work experience in the position of the head of the production department, the head of the production of insulated glass;
- Experience in managing the production of insulated glass from 5 years;
- Successful experience of starting production and reaching target;
- Experience in formation and development of production staff;
- Experience in managing operating budgets;
- Knowledge of English (advantage).
