Main functional duties:
- Work with B2B clients abroad: finding and attracting new clients and establishing long-term business relations with them;
- Market monitoring of manufacturers, assortment, price analysis;
- Management of the department (back- and front-office), training and optimization of the department’s activities;
- Conducting negotiations, concluding exclusive partnership contracts with foreign partners;
- Conducting product presentations, participating in exhibitions;
- Preparation of commercial offers, participation in tenders;
- Recording of completed activities in the CRM system;
- Reporting.
Requirements:
- Technical education;
- Experience of working with B2B clients from 2 years;
- Management skills;
- Competent written and spoken Ukrainian language;
- Knowledge of English or another foreign language not lower than the Upper Intermediate level;
- Experience with contractual documentation, commercial proposals, export accompanying documentation;
- Experience in preparation of tender documentation;
- Willingness to work in an office in Lviv;
- Confident PC user (Word, Excel);
- Responsibility, sociability, analytical thinking;
- Ability to negotiate, as well as to find and offer alternative solutions to work situations;
- Ability to set priorities correctly, attention to details.
