A pharmaceutical retail company is announcing a vacancy for the position of Head of Contracts Department, Kharkiv.

Key responsibilities:
- Organizing and supervising the work of the contracts department (direct supervision of 9–11 legal counsels);
- Independent management of contract matters (handling 100–150 contracts);
- Drafting, supporting, and coordinating contracts (leases, subleases, insurance, utility agreements, supply, marketing);
- Interaction with government agencies, contractors, and other counterparties;
- Working with civil, tax, corporate, and commercial law;
- Reporting to the Director of the Legal Department.
Requirements:
- Higher legal education;
- At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role within a legal department (preferably in the retail sector);
- Practical knowledge in commercial, licensing, labor, tax, and administrative law;
- Confident PC user, experience with legal databases (LIGA, YouControl, etc.);
- Responsibility, systematic approach, analytical thinking, and initiative;
- Residence in Kharkiv is mandatory.
