An international FMCG company with its headquarters in Kyiv and owner of 3 manufacturing facilities in the southeastern region announces a competition for the vacant position of Group Brand Manager, Kyiv.

Key Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of brand strategies focused on the growth of business KPIs (volumes, market share, brand profitability after marketing investments);
- Growth of brand KPIs;
- Effective management of category portfolio;
- Development and implementation of innovative strategy;
- Effective project management;
- Effective cooperation with media and creative agencies;
- Active participation in the development of strategies for brand activation in the digital sphere.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- English language proficiency at B2 level (spoken and written);
- Experience in brand marketing with international and local brands;
- Experience in project management / developing and launching new products from scratch;
- Experience in developing innovative strategies for categories/brands;
- Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive brand communication and media strategies;
- Experience in developing short-term and long-term brand plans;
- Understanding of brand profitability management levers;
- Good presentation skills;
- Willingness to grow;
- Systematic and analytical thinking;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Managerial experience – а plus;
- Location: Kyiv, willingness to work in the office 50% of the time.
