An international agricultural company engaged in the export/import of grains and oilseeds to EU countries is actively increasing trade volumes and, due to expansion, is announcing a competition for the vacancy of Grain Purchasing Manager, Odessa.

Main responsibilities:
- Active search for suppliers of grains and oilseeds by region (Odessa, Nikolaev, Vinnytsia, Kirovograd, Cherkassy, Kyiv regions) and organizing procurement or experience working with suppliers in the Western region;
- Searching for new suppliers (elevators and agricultural producers) and maintaining a supplier database;
- Negotiating with suppliers and concluding contracts;
- Monitoring contract execution processes;
- Fulfillment of procurement targets (at least 3 thousand tons/month).
Requirements for candidates:
- Higher education;
- Experience in purchasing grains and oilseeds from 3 years in the southern and central regions of Ukraine;
- Knowledge of purchasing conditions (Incoterms FCA, EXW, CPT, DAP bases), quality indicators of grains and oilseeds;
- High communication and negotiation skills;
- Knowledge of the Ukrainian market of agricultural goods;
- Proactivity, responsibility, effectiveness, attention to detail and result orientation;
- Orderly documents for candidates liable for military service.
