Due to the design and launch of a new food production facility in Poltava, as well as the reorganization and expansion of production capacities in the Left Bank region of Ukraine, the company is looking for a new team member for the position of Food Production Director, Poltava.

Main responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of the in-house production growth strategy (safety, quality, profitability);
• Full P&L responsibility for the production function, including budgeting, margin management, cost control, and financial modeling;
• Мanagement of centralized and decentralized production sites, ensuring achievement of operational KPIs;
• Design and implementation of a quality and food safety control system across all stages of the production cycle;
• End-to-end launch of new products and production facilities (from concept to commercial results);
• Technological modernization and process optimization, including automation, productivity improvement, and cost reduction;
• Management of capital investments in equipment and infrastructure; standardization of production solutions;
• Building and developing the production management team;
• Initiation and leadership of transformation projects aimed at business scaling and profitability growth.

Candidate requirements:

• Higher education;
• At least 10 years of overall professional experience;
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Food Production Director or in an equivalent senior role;
• Experience in chain retail and B2C environments is an advantage;
• Proven experience in successfully launching and developing food production operations is a strong advantage;
• Preference will be given to candidates based in Kharkiv, Poltava, Dnipro, or Kyiv;
• Priority is given to candidates with experience in full-cycle production management, including culinary production, meat processing, bakery production, and on-site food preparation;
• We are also open to candidates with experience managing individual production areas;
• Willingness to travel on business;
• Own vehicle and readiness to use it for work-related purposes.
