Responsibilities:

• Participation in the development of the project budget;
• Control of the implementation of the project budget and reconciliation of actual costs for compliance with budget classifications;
• Formation of financing requests;
• Preparation of plan-fact analysis of project implementation;
• Provision of primary documents related to grant projects and preparation of financial reports to donors and auditors;
• Agreeing the terms of contracts within the framework of project implementation;
• Initiation of payments within the framework of project implementation;
• Closing special management requests.

Requirements for candidates:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics/finance;
• 2+ years of work experience in departments of financial planning and analysis or cost and investment control;
• Skills in the formation of standardized reporting and/or participation in its development will be an advantage;
• Strong communication and presentation skills, analytical mindset;
• English language level (preferred) — upper-intermediate+;
• Advanced Excel skills;
• Experience with 1C8, Power Query – will be an advantage.
