Functional responsibilities:
- Preparation, coordination and support of internal and external audits, acting as a key contact person and implementing recommendations;
- Revision of processes and procedures to ensure the efficiency of work processes;
- Revision of financial statements;
- Monitoring of key performance indicators;
- Control and revision of priority accounting measures;
- Financial planning and analysis (FP&A): financial analysis, profitability analysis, budgeting and long-term planning
- Commercial reporting as part of management reporting;
- Coordination of IT-related requests (including SAP) from local users;
- Updating the reporting schedule;
- Reporting to the head of the financial department.
Candidate requirements:
- Higher financial education;
- Analytical skills;
- Experience in finance, controlling and/or auditing for at least 3 years;
- Experience in SAP and high-level knowledge of Excel;
- English (written and spoken) at upper-intermediate/fluent level;
- Organization, initiative, ability to work in a team, ability to work independently under tight deadlines;
- Responsibility, punctuality, attentiveness, leadership and management skills;
- Ability to work with a large flow of information.
