The company, which occupies a leading position in the oil and gas industry and is one of the largest owners of gas stations in Ukraine, looking for Divisional Manager of the South-West Region.

Main functional duties:

• Operational management of the gas station network in the region (more than 60 gas stations in several regions);
• Management, development and improvement of the team;
• Management of sales of shops and cafes at gas stations in order to fulfill and exceed budgets for non-fuel sales and margins. Ensuring leadership in service in the assigned region;
• Service management. Ensuring leadership in service in the region;
• Cost and risk management. Minimization of violations and losses, as well as other risks;
• Coordination of timely and successful launch of new filling stations and reconstruction of existing ones;
• Ensuring uninterrupted operation of the AZ;
• Minimization of full and partial downtimes;
• Subordination to the Operations Director.

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Work experience in the direction of sales from 3 years. Retail experience will be an advantage;
• Understanding the principles of the retail network;
• Skills of working with the motivation of subordinates, the ability to control through control points (reports, sections);
• Orientation to continuous development and improvement;
• A systematic approach to process management;
• Readiness for business trips up to 80% of working time;
• Availability of a private car and willingness to use it for production purposes.
