Functional responsibilities:
- Participation in the formation of strategic and tactical development plans for the region and the company as a whole;
- Monitoring the performance of the sales department in the territory in order to increase sales and market share of the company in the region;
- Setting goals for the regional sales team and analysing the progress of their implementation, making appropriate adjustments;
- Building mutually beneficial relationships with strategic and new clients;
- Building and maintaining partnerships with distributors, monitoring performance;
- Control of sales channel efficiency, investment allocation;
- Budgeting: development, approval and control of execution;
- Tracking compliance with the pricing policy in the region;
- Implementation of programs designed to promote products;
- Human resources: day-to-day management of the region’s employees, performance evaluation, assessment of resources to perform the required amount of work;
- Facilitating training and coaching of sales managers in sales standards.
- Collecting information about the situation in the territory and analysing it;
- Reporting to Director of sales.
Requirements for candidates:
- Higher education (economic/technical);
- At least 5 years in sales and distribution (FMCG food, direct sales and work with an exclusive team of distributors);
- Candidates from the positions of Commercial Director, National KAM, Sales Director, Divisional Manager are in priority;
- At least 3 years of experience in team management (10 or more people);
- Experience in successful development of a distributors network;
- Experience of working with wide regional coverage;
- Experience in developing new projects aimed at increasing sales, coverage and efficiency of the sales structure;
- Successful experience in promoting new products on the market;
- Knowledge of business planning (creation of a business plan);
- Experience in budget preparation (P&L);
- Knowledge of English at intermediate level or higher;
- Confident user of MS Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook;
- Readiness to travel regularly to Western region (60-70% of the time).
