Main responsibilities:
- Organization of distribution in Kryvyi Rih from scratch;
- Management of the company’s branch, ensuring its efficient operation and achievement of the set goals;
- Development and implementation of the branch development strategy, ensuring its competitiveness in the market;
- Management of the branch team, development of their potential and establishment of a high working culture;
- Responsibility for achieving sales and profitability targets of the branch;
- Planning and control of the branch budget, efficient use of resources;
- Reporting to the Commercial Director and the owner of the company.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Higher education;
- Additional business education will be an advantage;
- Knowledge of the beverage or alcohol market will be a priority;
- The opportunity to start cooperation with a new employer, coming to the company with a complete sales team;
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial position in FMCG;
- High leadership and communication skills, ability to build and manage an effective team.
- Strategic thinking, ability to analyze market trends and formulate a branch development strategy.
- Experience in budget management and financial analytics.
- High motivation and desire to achieve results.
- B category driving license, 5 years or more of accident-free driving experience;
- Having a personal car and readiness to use it in work is a priority;
- Readiness to travel on business trips;
- Living in Kryvyi Rih and perfect knowledge of the city.
