An independent Ukrainian consulting company, established in 2022 and specializing in the implementation and support of SAP solutions across key industries — food manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, distribution, and retail — announces an open competition for the position of Director of Consulting. The Director of Consulting will lead the development of the consulting practice and be responsible for strategic projects and team growth.

Scope of Responsibility:
- Defining and executing the strategy for the development of the consulting practice;
- Managing a portfolio of consulting projects (ERP / SAP / IT transformation);
- Ensuring project delivery on time, within budget, and with high quality standards;
- Developing and scaling consulting services and offerings;
- Building and developing teams of consultants and the PMO;
- Managing relationships with key clients; participating in negotiations and presales activities;
- Monitoring financial performance of the practice (revenue, margins, KPIs);
- Resource management;
- Managing risks, escalations, and complex client situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing consulting standards and methodologies;
- Preparing the department budget and controlling P&L;
- Optimizing internal processes and improving delivery efficiency;
- Analyzing the market and competitors; developing growth initiatives;
- Expanding expertise in SAP / ERP solutions (S/4HANA, core modules);
- Participating in the company’s strategic initiatives.
Candidate Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in consulting, IT, or ERP-related projects;
- Proven leadership experience in roles such as Director / Head of Consulting / Head of PMO;
- Hands-on experience in ERP / SAP implementations;
- Strong understanding of business processes (finance, operations, logistics, sales, manufacturing);
- Experience managing teams and project portfolios;
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills;
- Experience working with corporate clients;
- English — Upper-Intermediate or higher (preferred).
