Main functional responsibilities:

• Management of the company’s branch, ensuring its efficient operation and achievement of the set goals;
• Development and implementation of the branch development strategy, ensuring its competitiveness in the market;
• Management of the branch team, development of their potential and establishment of a high working culture;
• Responsibility for achieving sales and profitability targets of the branch;
• Planning and control of the branch budget, efficient use of resources;
• Reporting to the Commercial Director (Head of the Zaporizhzhia branch) and the owner of the company.

Requirements for applicants:

• Higher education;
• Additional business education will be an advantage;

• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial position in FMCG;
• High leadership and communication skills, ability to build and manage an effective team.

• Experience in budget management and financial analytics.
• High motivation and desire to achieve results.
• B category driving license, 5 years or more of accident-free driving experience;
• Having a personal car and readiness to use it in work is a priority;
• Readiness to travel on business trips.
