An agricultural company with foreign investment, the main activity of which is cultivation, crop production, livestock breeding and storage, as well as a production enterprise (food), announces a competition to fill the vacant position of Deputy Regional Security Director, Zhytomyr Region.

Responsibilities:
- Organization of the work of the security service in the region (physical and economic);
- Prevention of corporate fraud;
- Organization and control of the work of the physical security service – full-time and hired;
- Ensuring compliance with procedures for acceptance and release of inventory items;
- Conducting official investigations;
- Theft prevention, implementation of damage compensation measures, cooperation with law enforcement agencies;
- In collaboration with other services for resolving conflict issues regarding the land bank, interaction with local authorities, etc.;
- Organization of verification of counterparties;
- Screening candidates for vacancies;
- Organization of work with confidential information;
- Subordination and reporting: to the head of the security service of the management company (functionally).
Requirements for a candidate:
- Specialized higher education;
- Experience in managing a security service in an agricultural company from 2 years on a land bank of 10+ thousand hectares;
- Willing to relocate;
- Driving license category B and accident-free driving experience of at least 3 years;
- Knowledge of the basics of document flow: when conducting official investigations, receiving and handling goods and materials, concluding contracts, communicating with law enforcement agencies;
- Negotiation and constructive conflict resolution skills;
- Analytical mindset, organizational skills, integrity, results orientation.
