Famous international grain trader company is looking for the Deputy of Commercial Director, Kyiv.
The company offers:

Responsibilities:
- Grain purchase: good portfolio of farms, agro holdings, trading companies and brokers that allows for a significant volume of purchase in UAH and USD, CPT inland elevators and port silos.
- Market surveys (crop status, exports, CPT/FOB prices).
- Regular business trips to headquarters (once trial period is passed).
- Management of regional grain purchasers.
- Reporting/coordination with traders in headquarters.
Requirements:
- Experience in grain purchase in UAH/USD, spot and forward contracts, CPT inland elevators and port silos, with good track-record of contract execution and proven experience of in-land and maritime logistics,
- Versed in the specifics and risks of buying from farms of different sizes, trading houses, in-land elevators, broker.
- Past experience in foreign international companies.
- High command of English mandatory.
- High communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
