Functional responsibilities:

• Ensuring the correct and timely accounting of value-added tax (VAT) in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of Ukraine;
• Preparation of the Controlled Transactions Report;
• Ensuring the correct and timely accounting of excise tax;
• Participation in the inventory of assets and liabilities and documentation of inventory results for goods and materials;
• Involvement in the preparation of documents related to identified defects and shortages;
• Participation in the preparation of data for management and corporate reporting;
• Verification of documents provided along with the contract for cooperation with a new customer/distributor;
• Participation in the closing of the “accounting” year;
• Analysis and control of the accuracy of accounting entries during the reporting period.

Candidate requirements:

• Higher specialized education;
• Experience as an accountant in the field of VAT accounting for at least 2 years;
• Experience in working with SAP and high-level knowledge of Excel;
• Experience in internal and external audits will be an advantage;
• English at the intermediate level will be an advantage;
• Organization, initiative, ability to work in a team;
• Responsibility, punctuality, attentiveness, leadership and management skills;
• Ability to work with large volumes of information.
