    The manufacturing transnational agricultural company is interested in the shortest time to hire a strong professional in the position of Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator, Vinnitsa Region.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conducting tenders for the selection of logistics service providers;
    • Negotiating commercial terms with potential clients;
    • Organization of all transportation (import and export) and responsibility for sales for domestic customers;
    • Coordination of the logistics route according to specific requirements;
    • Receiving orders from customers, interacting with production / warehouse personnel to establish / confirm delivery dates;
    • Provision of invoices for purchases, ensuring the issuance of invoices for all logistics processes, as well as verification and reconciliation of stocks;
    • Processing customer complaints with the provision of appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner;
    • Providing feedback on the effectiveness of the customer service process;
    • Analysis of balances at the end of the month, preparation of relevant statements and reports;
    • Reporting to the CEO of the company.

    Requirements:

    • Higher education;
    • 3-5 years of progressive related experience in Sales and Logistics position;
    • Knowledge of road, rail and maritime logistics;
    • Knowledge of key market players;
    • Skills of negotiation;
    • Experience in managing logistics operations (export and import);
    • Fluent English;
    • Willingness to move and permanent residence in the city of Ladyzhyn (Vinnitsa region).
