    A regional network of branded stores, due to the active development of the company, as well as the need to systematize business processes, announces a competition for the vacant position of CRM Manager / Loyalty Program Manager.

    Main responsibilities:

    • Loyalty program: development strategy, creating a promotion plan according to the marketing strategy, rebooting the existing loyalty program;
    • Working with the client database: systematizing the collection of personal data, creating client directories, searching for new ways to enrich client data, segmenting the client base;
    • Loyalty program mechanics: analysis and reboot of existing loyalty program mechanics, creation of new mechanics, conducting experiments and scaling them for different groups of clients, creation of personal propositions for clients;
    • Analysis of existing loyalty programs in the market;
    • Analytics: generating reports on loyalty program metrics, testing hypotheses on marketing activities, feasibility studies, visualizing reports (dashboards).

    Requirements for a candidate:

    • Higher education;
    • General work experience of at least 2 years in such areas as retail (food/non-food), drogerie, distribution, pharmacies, banks
    • Knowledge of analytical methods (ABC analysis, RFM analysis, “leaky bucket”, cohort analysis)
    • Knowledge and ability to work with loyalty program performance indicators.
    • Ability to influence KPI indicators
    • Experience with personalized offers in the loyalty program for customer segments and groups.
    • Availability of successful projects;
    • Analytical mind;
    • Communication skills, responsibility, result orientation.
