A company specializing in the construction of hotels and modern infrastructure is inviting a Construction Project Manager to join the team due to the active development phase of the project.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing the full cycle of construction project implementation — from design stage to commissioning;
• Coordinating the work of the internal team, subcontractors, and related project stakeholders;
• Monitoring project schedules, budgets, and quality of construction works;
• Ensuring effective communication with clients, project teams, and regulatory authorities;
• Participating in tenders, contractor selection, and contract administration;
• Promptly responding to project deviations and implementing effective solutions;
• Ensuring construction compliance with the approved concept and technical requirements.

Candidate requirements:

• Higher technical education;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management or related fields;
• Experience in hotel complexes, shopping malls, or large-scale residential projects will be considered an advantage;
• Practical knowledge of project management: planning, budgeting, team and risk management;
• Experience working with subcontractors and government authorities;
• Understanding of construction processes and regulatory documentation;
• Strategic thinking, strong organizational skills, and a high level of responsibility;
• Ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment and manage large-scale projects.
