An international construction company is seeking a Construction Manager for the installation of process equipment and pipelines to participate in the implementation of a large-scale project in Lviv.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensuring execution of works on installation of process equipment and pipelines in accordance with design documentation and the approved schedule;
• Coordination of subcontractors’ activities;
• Control of preparation and approval of as-built (executive) documentation;
• Control of materials and equipment used, including accompanying documentation;
• Review and approval of changes to design solutions;
• Optimization of the construction process;
• Acceptance of completed works by the Client and participation in confirmation of completed work volumes.

Candidate requirements:

• Full higher technical education;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, specifically in installation of equipment and pipelines at industrial facilities;
• Knowledge of DBN, SNiP, DSTU, GOST standards related to installation of process equipment and pipelines;
• Knowledge of European and international standards (EN, ISO, ASME, API) related to installation, welding, and quality control;
• Understanding of principles of installation, alignment, and leveling of process equipment;
• Proficiency in pipeline installation technologies (carbon steel, stainless steel, polymer pipelines);
• Experience with non-destructive testing methods of welded joints (UT, RT, visual and dimensional inspection);
• Experience in hydraulic and pneumatic testing of pipelines;
• Ability to read and apply working drawings: KM, KMD, TM, TMD;
• Ability to develop installation schedules and coordinate them with general construction works;
• AutoCAD proficiency — intermediate level; Revit — an advantage;
• Strong organizational and discipline skills, leadership abilities, attention to detail.
