Leading European manufacturer of glass containers in Ukraine, which is the most important supplier of glass packaging for domestic manufacturers of food and beverages, is looking for Communication manager, Kyiv Region.

Main functional responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing and communications campaigns and strategies and monitor their success.
- Define key performance indicators for each communications channel which will indicate a campaign’s level of success.
- Supervises the development of corporate and program materials and electronic media to include websites, press-releases, newsletters, presentations, tradeshow presence, all manners of collateral, and other tools to ensure appropriate messaging and brand strategy are effectively executed.
- Provide ongoing program support across the company to include all manner of collateral design and content creation (i.e., brochures, presentations, one-pagers, newsletters, press-releases, etc.).
- Write copy, edit submissions and publish content for media properties, ensuring all content is consistent with the guidelines and standards.
- Coordinate closely across the HR team and broader organization to ensure message alignment and integration across multiple topics and channels.
- Work collaboratively with Group Communication team to ensure consistency and brand standards.
- Act as the primary corporate point of contact for media queries and engagements.
- Oversee the creation of marketing and communications collateral to ensure that it is consistent with the organization’s brand, including white papers, website copy, and more.
- Represent the organization at events and press conferences.
Requirements:
- 2+ years prior experience working in a marketing or communications role.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in a marketing, advertising, design or corporate communications role.
- Capable of working well as part of a team as well as independently.
- Great multitasker and capable of simultaneously managing multiple projects with different deadlines.
- Strong PowerPoint and visual design skills.
- English level – Advance.
- Must provide examples of previous marketing campaigns and social media efforts.
