The Ukrainian trading and manufacturing company, which occupies a leading position in the packaging production market, as well as a large importer of goods for restaurants and catering, announces a competition to fill the vacant position of Commercial Director / Head of Sales Department, Kyiv.

Main functional responsibilities:
- Planning, implementation and control of activities for the sale of goods in the entrusted territory (Ukraine) and neighboring countries;
- Selection of the optimal sales channels for products and the organization of promotion for each of them: including direct sales through our own sales representatives control over the work of distributors, alternative sales channels;
- Selection and training of the team: conducting classroom and field trainings with the trading team;
- Planning and analysis of sales for each sales representative and team;
- Fulfillment of planned indicators of quality and numerical distribution
- Making changes to the sales representatives and team motivation system;
- Planning and implementation of trade marketing activities in the entrusted territory;
- Monthly planning and analysis of sales for each sales representative and distributor;
- Compilation and analysis of the effectiveness of motivational programs for the distributor’s sales team;
- Collection and analysis of information about sales and competitors’ activities;
- Effective business interaction with the heads of other divisions of the company;
- Maintaining interaction with VIP clients of the company, as well as expanding the representation of products in the purchased range of products;
- Reporting to the company’s Director, who is also a founder of the company.
Basic requirements for applicants:
- Trainings and additional education will be a big plus;
- Experience in the position of head of the sales department, commercial director in the system company FMCG or B2B / B2C directions;
- Knowledge and deep immersion in the direction of HoReCa is considered as an advantage;
- Knowledge of direct and indirect sales, principles of their construction, and advantages of each of the directions;
- Experience in recruiting and training personnel;
- Management skills in the direction of negotiation and team leadership;
- Proactivity, stress resistance, work for the result;
- English is an advantage;
- The driving license of category B, the presence of own car and the willingness to use it for work purposes;
- Readiness for business trips in Ukraine.
