A dynamically growing foreign company specializing in the production and sale of PVC materials announces a competition for the position of Commercial director of PVC direction, Kyiv (Ukraine and/or Slovenia).

Main responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of a strategy for commercial sales of PVC products in the markets of Ukraine and Europe;
- Formation and management of the sales department, including hiring, training and motivation of employees;
- Analysis of the market and competitive environment to identify new opportunities and risks;
- Conducting key negotiations and concluding contracts with major clients;
- Monitoring and achieving sales targets;
- Developing and managing the sales department budget;
- Participating in product development and pricing policy formation;
- Improving sales processes and implementing best practices;
- Reporting to the company owners.
Requirements:
- Higher education in economics, management, marketing or other relevant field;
- Experience in sales management positions for at least 5 years, preferably in the PVC industry or related industries;
- Knowledge of the PVC products market and understanding of the specifics of the European and Ukrainian markets;
- English at a level not lower than Upper-Intermediate, knowledge of other languages will be an advantage;
- Strong negotiation and deal-making skills;
- Experience in international sales and working with major clients;
- Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions;
- Readiness for frequent business trips.
