    Ukrainian trading and manufacturing company, a leader in the bakery industry in Ukraine, operating in several segments of the food industry (produces bread, bakery and confectionery products, frozen semi-finished products, comprehensive solution including coffee, tea, cocoa, coffee accessories, coffee machines and their maintenance) announces a competition for the vacant position of Commercial Director, Kyiv/Lviv.

    Responsibilities:

    • Area of ​​responsibility: Ukraine and export markets;
    • Conducting an audit of existing commercial processes and sales systems with the involvement of the existing sales team;
    • Creating additional sales opportunities: increasing the number of clients, expanding geography and sales channels, improving the offer to the client, etc.;
    • Improving the efficiency of existing operational processes in the commercial area;
    • Improving financial and economic indicators: sales volume, profit, etc.;
    • Reporting to the CEO of the company.

    Requirements for candidates:

    • Higher education;
    • Additional business education is welcome;
    • Knowledge of English at the level of negotiations is an advantage for the candidate;
    • Experience in a management position in commerce in the FMCG, Retail and other areas;
    • Knowledge of the principles of building a sales system at the national level in the format of direct and indirect sales;
    • Successful experience in building export sales;
    • Skills in developing quality standards, regulations, automated solutions in the direction of sales;
    • High entrepreneurial skills;
    • Responsibility, focus on long-term cooperation, performance, high communication skills, dedication, proactivity, systematicity, strategic vision;
    • Readiness for challenges and the ability to work in such conditions;
    • Independence (setting ambitious goals and monitoring their achievement);
    • Readiness for business trips (up to 60% of working time);
    • Category B driver’s license, practical accident-free driving experience.
