A Ukrainian fashion brand with a bold aesthetic and strong international potential, featuring full-cycle production, is looking for a strong CEO to lead the company to the next level.This role is for a leader who knows how to scale a business, build processes, and work with ambitious creative teams.

Key responsibilities:
- Building an effective operational structure and KPI system;
- Managing production, contractors, timelines, and cost efficiency;
- Developing an omnichannel model: e-commerce, retail, pop-ups, wholesale, showrooms;
- Overseeing marketing and international brand promotion;
- Forming a strong managerial team;
- Financial planning, budgeting, and management reporting;
- Preparing the company for scaling and international partnerships.
Candidate requirements:
- Higher education; additional business education is a plus;
- 5+ years of experience as CEO / COO / Managing Director in fashion / retail / lifestyle;
- Experience expanding a brand into international markets;
- Deep understanding of production, commercial operations, finance, e-commerce, logistics, marketing, and HR;
- Strategic mindset, leadership, and the ability to manage transformation;
- English – Upper-Intermediate+.
