Main responsibilities:
- Construction of an assortment matrix;
- Assortment management at points of sale: search and introduction of new products, their testing, analysis and rotation of goods;
- Analysis and search for opportunities for category development;
- Negotiating with suppliers and signing contracts for the purchase of goods;
- Monitoring the implementation of agreements with suppliers;
- Price management according to company regulations;
- Building a calendar of promotional activities and promotions management;
- Daily analysis of KPIs: % of fulfillment of the turnover and margin plan, growth dynamics, product turnover, % of losses, etc.;
- Communication with points of sale and solving operational issues;
- Control of suppliers’ accounts receivable;
- Fulfillment of current tasks of the manager;
- Monthly reporting on work results.
Requirements for a candidate:
- Higher education;
- More than 2 years of experience as a Category Manager;
- Availability of successful completed projects;
- Knowledge of computer programs and modern analysis methods;
- Accommodation in Dnieper or Zaporozhye;
- Willingness to work in an office in Zaporozhye;
- Willingness to travel.
